Our projects
We carry out research, telemedicine and outreach projects in collaboration with centres of excellence.
We have several projects underway that we seek to fund and implement in collaboration with excellent partners such as universities, local health authorities, political institutions, hospitals and other associations.
A global network for remote diagnosis of rare diseases
Over the years, the association has built a network of contacts among specialist physicians and researchers. Our telemedicine project connects patients with rare conditions from underserved areas with specialist doctors worldwide, offering qualified second opinions and reducing diagnosis times. We handle translation, collection of test results and the clinical data required.
Discover the pathway →Artificial intelligence in service of early diagnosis
Together with leading specialists in computer vision, we are developing innovative AI-based software capable of automatically analysing MRI images of ALD patients, estimating the LOES score, brain volumetry and other predictive indices. A unique diagnostic resource worldwide.
Shared knowledge for a future without barriers
Networking is essential: we organise periodic meetings with international medical experts to raise public awareness, inform patients and caregivers, and train doctors, researchers and families. Our goal is to create a bridge between research and the concrete needs of patients.
